How do I send chocolate in Jeddah when it is hot?
Delivery is not the problem; a box arriving with nobody there to take it is. So the recipient uses the link to choose a slot when they will be at home or at the office, and it reaches them while they are in. After that it keeps best in a cool, dry place out of the sun. What we deliver in Jeddah: Hanoverian's mixed chocolate, truffles and caramel cubes, Velan's Golden Touch, Karmola cookies, and baklava and petit fours by Bab Sharqi. A light gift when you are visiting or saying thanks, and your message goes on the card.
Delivery times in Jeddah
Two slots a day: 10 am to 4 pm, and 4 pm to 11 pm. Fridays: the evening slot only. A single gift goes out in the evening slot of the same day when the recipient sets the location before 4 pm. Some gifts need longer to prepare. The time is on each gift page. Delivery in Jeddah costs SAR 35, and is free on orders from SAR 299. Some gifts have their own delivery fee, shown at checkout.

No. They see the gift, your message and your name, or no name if you prefer. They never see a price.
What happens if the recipient does not reply?
They have 3 days and we remind them twice on WhatsApp. If they do not reply, we refund you in full.
