How much do I pay now?
For one gift you pay its price plus delivery. For a set they choose from, you pay half the average price now and the rest after they choose. Example: 4 gifts averaging SAR 300, you pay SAR 150 now.
What if they pick a gift cheaper than the deposit?
We refund the difference to the same card within days.
What if they never reply?
They have 3 days and we remind them twice. If they do not reply, we refund everything you paid.
Do they see the prices?
No. They see the gift, your message and your name (or no name if you prefer), with no prices.
Where and when do you deliver?
Riyadh and Jeddah. A single gift arrives the same day if the recipient sets the location before 4 pm, otherwise from the next day. A set is delivered from the day after the recipient chooses.
How do they get the link?
We send it to their mobile on WhatsApp, and you get a copy to follow along.
How do I send a gift when I do not know the address?
Pick the gift and enter the recipient's name and mobile. We send them a WhatsApp link to drop a pin on the map and choose the delivery time.
Is it still a surprise?
The recipient knows a gift is coming so they can set the location, but you can hide your name and send it from "someone who loves you".
Does the recipient see what I paid?
No. No price is shown to them at any step.
What if they never open the link?
We remind them twice within 3 days. If they do not reply, we refund you in full.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel from the tracking page before the recipient sets the location and get a full refund.
How many gifts can I pick?
2 to 8 gifts, all from the same price level.
When do I pay the rest?
Within 24 hours of the recipient choosing. We send you the payment link on WhatsApp.
When does the gift arrive?
From the day after the recipient chooses, at the time they pick.
