What we collect
Your name and mobile, the recipient name and mobile, the gift message, the delivery location the recipient sets, and order details. Card data is processed by the payment gateway and is not stored by us.
Why we collect it
To fulfil and deliver the order and to send WhatsApp updates. We do not use it for anything else without your consent.
Who we share it with
The vendor and courier, only as needed for delivery (recipient name, mobile, location and slot), the payment gateway, and the WhatsApp messaging provider.
The recipient
The recipient never sees a price. If you choose "Anonymous", we do not show your name.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can access, correct and request deletion of your data. Contact us and we act within 30 days.
Measurement
We keep anonymous usage statistics to improve the site: the pages visited, how long a visit lasts and the device type, under a random id in your browser, with no name, mobile number or IP address.
