The service

Haddiyah connects the sender, the recipient and the vendor. The sender sends one gift or a set of gifts the recipient chooses from, the recipient sets the location and the delivery time, and the vendor prepares and delivers the gift.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT. For a single gift you pay its price and the delivery fee when you order. For a set you pay a deposit equal to half of the average price of the gifts you picked, then the balance (the chosen gift price minus the deposit, plus the delivery fee) within 24 hours of the recipient choosing.

Delivery

We deliver in Riyadh and Jeddah in two slots: 10 am to 4 pm, and 4 pm to 11 pm. A single gift can arrive the same evening when the recipient sets the location before 4 pm, depending on the preparation time of the gift. A set is delivered from the day after the recipient chooses.

Availability

If the chosen gift cannot be supplied, we contact you to pick an equal alternative or refund you in full.

Quality

Fresh items such as flowers and cakes are delivered in their condition on the delivery day. Report any quality issue within 24 hours of receipt, with a photo.
